Pacific Trailers was the only place to find this difficult to find fender. Some of the older boat trailers had unique fender sizes that are impossible to locate. You guys came through- shipping was great, we sent it to the paint shop-painted to match. Our customer was very happy! He even won a bet with his brother that we could make it look better than new. This was an easy, drop-in, exact replacement on a Sea Ray boat trailer. Replacement took only a few minutes- it was the easiest part of the brake system overhaul.

Make sure you have an air chisel to spread the old arm. Make sure you repack the bearings---they are short on grease.

AXLE CAME AS ORDERED
ONLY 50% OF THE TIME YOU CALL, ARE YOU ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF PARTS. WE ORDERED AN AXLE AND THE MOUNTING KIT. THE AXLE WAS FINE BUT THEY ONLY SENT HALF THE MOUNTING KIT. WE CALLED AND GOT A MANAGER FROM ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AND HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO US AND NO ONE EVER DID. WE SAVED 2 OF THE U BOLTS FROM THE OLD AXLE BUT HAD TO BUY A TREAD CHASER TO BE ABLE TO REUSE THEM. PICTURE SHOWS 4 U BOLTS BUT ONLY GOT 2 U BOLTS ON 1 PLATE.
You have to have this for your vault hub. Others will leak.
2019 Triton 18TRX bass boat trailer
It would have been really helpful to have a diagram with dimensions listed on the website prior to purchase to make design much quicker. And an image of the whole product shown. The single image shown is not adequate.
Been 3 weeks or so and havn't recieved my order yet. Not happy.
I have a mixed review with my experience with this company.
They have 5 star parts and 5 star customer service when you can actually get a hold of them.
If you don't have a problem waiting or if you don't need to talk to them on the phone then this is the company for you.
If you need to make a custom order and they don't make it correctly , you will be very frustrated trying to get service to resolve the issue. I've tried phone calls, emails, and texting...uggh. ultimately I had to reweld an axle .
I am a glutton for punishment I guess because I am ordering from them again. My expectation is very low that my order will arrive in the next month. Hopefully they can put the correct parts in the box. My expectation is very high that I will get a quality part.
