I got correct product as was describe everything fit with no issues.
Part was supplied as described in a timely manner.

Improved packaging that fits standard grease guns better the previous packaging. The older packaging was too large and got stuck in standard grease guns.
I did receive a product. Wrong fitment. Tried to reach back out multiple times and never got help

I bought on Amazon trailer guards that were supposed to work on my boat trailer. They were made with cheap materials.
Luckily I found Pacific Trailers. Metal was strong and completely worked on my boat trailer.
Customer service was excellent.
When I ordered my Axel, I was told they were about a two week lead time. After a month withAfter a month with no communication, I called and talked to the parts department. The parts department told me that they were having trouble getting 2 x 3 galvanized, rectangular tube, but they were gonna get it done and out the door by Friday. My call was on Wednesday. Never got any shipping information or anything, so I called back and got another story. Basically the parts department guy lied to me three different times rather than tell me the truth. It took five weeks to get my Axel when it was promised in 2 to 3. After I got lied to I went ahead and called a couple of steel distributors near them and they laughed when I asked if there was a problem getting 2 x 3” rectangle or galvanized steel tube. I understand delays I understand manufacturing. I understand parts but what I don’t understand is why somebody can’t pick up the phone and let you know something is going on and tell you the truth. Was upset enough to call and leave a message for the owner, but I guess I’m a little guy and never got a call back.
Shipping took over 2 weeks, was told it would ship in 2 days. Didn't leave store for over a week. Items were basically thrown in a box with some paper inside for these were heavy metal items, and they have damage. I'm going to try to fix the items and hopefully they will work, because I don't want to wait again. The shipping box was mangled with several holes ripped in it and crumpled, clear tape was used by the shipper over the damaged areas. This could possibly be the worst packing for shipment I've ever seen. There is no way the vendor could've thought that this was going to make it to me undamaged.
Not only is the lens clear, the LEDs light up clear as well. Not a road legal brake light. Took over a month to get.
