Winch Strap

I bought a used Pacific personal watercraft trailer and ordered new winch straps. The old ones measured 12' long. I ordered new ones by phone and was worried when the replacements straps measured 20' long. I called and was told that if they didn't fit they could be returned. The new straps fit just fine and I'm sure they'll last for another 20 years, like the originals. Thank you Pacific Trailer.
