I wasn’t sent the correct part. It was not what I ordered. I needed to get my trailer fixed for and already scheduled trip and didn’t have time to reorder so I had to fabricate the part that was sent to make it work.

Route tracking was effectively useless, do not want another app on phone and was charged $0.98 for 'Route Protection'. Route never had any data on the shipping progress.
Need a dimensional drawing of the spindle on your web site (no, I did not contact to ask, so my fault). The back end diameter of the spindle that is welded in place on the trailer frame was smaller than my original (1994, custom Stratos trailer), as well as shorter in length. Luckily the shop I used for the work was skilled enough to fabricate a sleeve to the right diameter and length extension.
