it's a great replacement but I used it for a brake bleeder. Removed the rudder insert inside and drilled a 1/4 hole in it and added a hose fitting (don't forget to plug the small vent hole). Hooked it up to a yard sprayer with 2 Qts. of brake fluid pumped it up to 20# and bleed my brakes worked great.
