My experience with pacific trailer has been very good. Shipping was very fast.

All parts that i purchased worked very well. No problem with the installation of the replacement parts. The employees are very helpful with information on what i needed and offered help if i had a problem with my rebuild.
The rebuild of the surge brake works great and now going back for more parts for the other projects i have to do on the trailer.

Shipment was delayed so I had to call to find out that items were on back order. Would have preferred receiving notice from Pacific Trailers. Other than the delay all was great.

I wrote a favorable review when I received my order so quickly from Pacific Trailers. Today I installed the Titan Model 60 replacement master cylinder on my trailer. The new unit has a 1.25" bore, while the original part hasa bore diameter of 1.00" . I was a little panicky, butthe new unit ended up fitting fine in my trailer tongue actuator assembly. Tight but functional.

Pacific Trailers had the part I needed in stock, for a good price, and shipped it to me quickly. Check, check, check. Looks like I have a new go to spot for my trailer parts and repair needs.

Very pleased with the product and the fast turn around time too.
