Good product but terrible customer service

I ordered various items to mount bunk guides on my trailer. Not only was it extremely difficult to find someone at Pacific Trailer to talk to as they generally don't pick up phones nor answer any voice mails or emails, but they also don't deliver the right parts. I had to go back and forth with them several times. Up until today, I am waiting for the correct lock nuts to be delivered. Products are solid, but how they go about it is disappointing.
