Fulton T14241, 3200 LB capacity two-speed trailer winch.  142424- 3/4" drum hub.  Shift lock design allows gear shifting with out moving the handle from shaft to shaft. Just lift the lock and slide shaft to change speed. Includes 12.2:1 low gear ratio for heavy load pulling and 5.1:1 for faster retrieval. Free-wheeling neutral allows line payout without a spinning handle for ease of operation. Includes Fulton 10" comfort grip handle for easy cranking and cable keeper to secure cable. Cable or strap sold seperately.

Fulton 2 speed 3200lb winch

I haven’t used the boat winch yet because it is winter in Canada but it seems like it is a very well built winch. I searched all over the internet for a 2 speed winch that you don’t have to remove the handle to switch gears and that proved nearly impossible. The only place I could find that had a winch with a stationary handle for 2 speeds, that was rated for the weight I needed, and had a strap rather than cable and was pacific. Because it was so hard to find I ordered two identical winches and at first I was a bit hesitant to spend that much online from a site I’d never heard of but Pacific Boat Trailers proved to be very safe, reliable, and professional.
