Love this compared to the COOL (oil bath hubs) that came in my ‘02 Ranger Trail. As you fill with grease the inner part travels outward. You know it’s full of grease when you see some grease start to come out of the front instead of blowing out your rear seal.
Not sure if it was the bearing buddy or the hub/rotor manufacturer but someone’s quality control was lacking that day. Pain in the stern, pun intended, to “tap” on the bearing buddy.
Not Pacific Trailers fault. They are great, helpful, and I’ve already ordered more parts from them since ordering this hub/rotor and bearing buddy.
