15 inch rim and axle

It took me 2 months and 6 phone calls to get a rim and an axle. When I called, no one would answer. I would waite 15 - 20 minutes on hold, then it would go to voice mail. My message was never responded to 6 times. Very frustrating. I finally got a live person to fill my order. I hope management sees this review. This is no way to do business. 1 star for me.
