- Thread Length "C" generally is 1.5" in length
NOTE: When installing stainless steel U-Bolts, Bolts or Lug Nuts, DO NOT USE IMPACT TOOLS. Use hand tools only and remember to use a thread lubricant. Failure to follow these procedures may cause threads on stainless steel hardware to seize.

Good U bolts They hold as thye should an when they get all rusty and locked up they are still weak enoungh to snap off with a little help from a breaker bar.
